We had a fantastic stay at Promenada! the hotel's location right next to the beach was perfect. the staff were friendly and helpful, and they even arranged paid parking for us nearby. the room was very clean and modern, with everything in working order. the air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the excellent breakfast served on the terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. the chef was attentive and cooked exactly what we wanted. We also appreciated the included beach chairs for the whole day. a great experience!

Absolutely nothing!

We loved the location of this hotel as it is right on the beach, giving us amazing views of the sea and the sunrise from our room. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing us to have a late check-out without any issues. We also appreciated the free beach chairs that came with our room, and the fact that there was no noisy bar nearby. Lastly, the cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

During my recent stay at Promenada in Mamaia, I was delighted to discover two fantastic features that made my experience truly memorable. the hotel provided a comprehensive database that allowed me to access useful information about the area, such as nearby attractions and restaurants. This greatly enhanced my exploration of Mamaia and ensured that I made the most of my time there. the room I stayed in offered a breathtaking view of the surroundings. Waking up to such a picturesque sight was truly a treat for the senses and added an extra touch of luxury to my stay.

I must mention one minor inconvenience that I encountered during my time at Promenada. While the hotel provided a great range of amenities, I found that there were no anti-slip plastic mats in the shower cabin.

The balcony with sea views was absolutely breathtaking! It felt like having my own private little piece of paradise, sipping my morning coffee while gazing at the endless horizon. It was a refreshing experience, like immersing yourself in a cool, crisp ocean breeze.

We stayed at a beach hotel that had a great location allowing easy access to the beach. the room was clean and functional, with a modern design. the hotel's staff was friendly and accommodating. We were treated with excellent breakfast on the beach terrace, and the view was fantastic.

The hotel's sanitary facilities did not meet our expectations.

The view from the room was gorgeous and it was situated near the water. The beach chairs were very comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

On our romantic escape, we were disappointed with the noise level from the nearby clubs. The room was not clean and it was obvious that it had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. We found hair in the shower and on the bed, which was a big turn off. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not of the same quality as the dinner which we had to pay extra for. our experience was more disappointing than romantic and we would not return to this location.

Beach access - super easy to get to the beach, right outside the hotel. Modern and clean room - everything in the room was functional and up-to-date. Quiet location - perfect for families with young kids, we could sleep well and have a peaceful afternoon nap. Delicious breakfast - served on a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea, the chef was friendly and catered to our requests. Private beach - included beach chairs, no need to worry about finding a spot. Great location - right next to the beach with stunning sunrise views. Friendly staff - always willing to help and make our stay comfortable. Complimentary mini-bar - a pleasant surprise, we enjoyed having drinks without any extra cost.

We stayed at Hotel Promenada for a quick beach getaway with our young kids. The location was perfect, right on the beach with easy access. Our room was modern, clean, and everything worked well. It was also nice and quiet so we could sleep peacefully. Breakfast on the beach terrace was a highlight, with a great view and a friendly chef who cooked what we wanted. The receptionist was super friendly and even accommodated our late check-out request.
